I could not have written it better myself. I was in a previous home with a neighborhood that changed very quickly when a new neighbor moved in. If your in this type of situation you have to use your eyes and ears to be aware of any potential danger and in any case make sure you have not the emergency number but your local Police departments number in your phone. If people know who commit crimes know that if the slightest thing in the neighborhood is out of place the police are coming to investigate, they will think twice about committing the crime. A great book that describes much of the phenomenon with crime and other epidemics is "The Tipping point". I highly recommend it to any one interested in the subject of what it takes to start, stop or observe an epidemic. Shar,
