I live at 90th st and Broadway in Mesa. This year we had 2 show up at our feeders. I am an avid bird watcher and went WOW!! look at that would you. I took my digital camera and have many photographs of these lovely birds. Just a couple of days ago this couple living with me gave me some sad news about a young peachfaced love bird that must have been stricken down by some powerfull winds we had out here the other night. And broke its neck. Such a sad way for one of God's creatures to loose its life.
