I received an email this morning about an approved short sale. Now, this is really nothing noteworthy. My email is clogged with all kinds of useless junk, some of it I subscribed to and the rest I have no earthly idea as to where they got my information from other than scavenging the web for email addresses. This, I did subscribe to…but I digress.
Here’s the noteworthy part you were waiting for…
This approved short sale is not your typical 3bedroom, 2bath, 2-car garage home selling in the E. Valley for $150,000 or under. This home is fairly well known in the E. Valley. If you ever happen down Kyrene Rd. in Chandler just North of Ray you’ll know what I’m talking about. It’s the old Wolfswinkel estate. Now that’s a short sale to talk about! The most recent MLS listing can be found here. Be sure to check out the photos and virtual tour.
This is an aerial view of the estate (note the other homes on the bordering edge):

Here are the deets:
8 bedrooms, 10 baths, 7 garage (holding up to 25 cars),13600 Sq. Ft.
Finest estate in Arizona, if not one of the finest in the country. Custom home at 13,600sf. 8 bedrooms,10 baths w/guest house, boat house, gardeners house, pump house. As soon as Fannie/Freddie make it possible to finance a property for 300 years instead of 30, and allow seller-paid down payment assistance and closing costs… I *might* be able to qualify!
Great post, I had been wondering how much they were asking for this place.
