		<description>What a shame! These people feel the world owes them most likely everything! I too agree with the other person who commented on your post. The bank was kind enough to lend them the money and now they want to make it hard for another to buy now!!! Makes no sense. We need to keep all of these people who are losing their homes in our prayers!!</description>

		<description>Hi!  I also do BPOs and list foreclosures for banks. I find it sad and appalling that the owners destroy homes as a way to hurt the bank. It isn&#039;t the bank that they hurt so much as the potential buyer  that has to go in and repair all of the damage. Furthermore, the bank didn&#039;t cause the health issues, job loss, divorce, the owner pulling out their equity for trips and what not.... I think the anger is misdirected.</description>
